Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Georgiana, Alabama.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to enhance functional abilities and promote independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies and equipment use
- Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and transitional care coordination
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- AL Occupational Therapy Licensure

Pay
- Weekly pay: $1,949.18 - $2,009.46
- Pay package based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined
