Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to promote functional independence and quality of life for patients in various settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs and progress regularly to adjust treatments as necessary.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.
• Current certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Current, valid MT professional license as an Occupational Therapist.
