CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting October 5, 2026, in Skowhegan, Maine.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote functional independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Maine
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• At least one year of recent full-time professional experience
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility environment
