About the role
Anders Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting September 14, 2026, in Hilo, Hawaii.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting.
- Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to improve their quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and communicate with family members and other healthcare providers as needed.
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in Hawaii.
- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
- Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Pass a background check.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
