Travel Occupational Therapist - $1,924 per week

Coast Medical Service is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting October 19, 2026, in Mendham, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of New Jersey.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in an acute care setting.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the national certification exam.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Skills

• Proficient in using medical software and documentation systems.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and interventions.
• Ability to adapt to different patient populations and settings.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
