About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in North Scottsdale. The successful candidate will provide high-quality therapy services, following treatment plans and delivering interventions tailored to individual patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients to determine their therapy needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set appropriate goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess a valid Occupational Therapy license as required by state law, along with relevant certifications and clinical experience in a skilled nursing setting.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
