Travel Occupational Therapist - $1,910 per week

About the role

Coast Medical Service is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Casper, Wyoming.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Wyoming.
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and record-keeping.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

Benefits

Coast guarantees stipend payments for facility-initiated call-offs and on-call shifts, offering additional support during assignments.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 8 hours long, Monday through Friday.
