Thrive Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Honokaa, Hawaii. This role involves providing professional occupational therapy services, including diagnostic assessments and treatment plan implementation for patient rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic assessments and implement treatment plans for patient rehabilitation.
• Provide occupational therapy services across various units, centers, or facilities as needed.
• Ensure service availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays based on hospital operations.

Requirements

• Possession of a State of Hawaii Occupational Therapist license at the start of the assignment.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in settings such as Acute, SNF, rehab hospital, or outpatient working with adults.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.

Schedule

• Duration: 26 weeks, starting 09/21/2026.
• 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts (flexible schedule between 07:00–19:00).
