About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 31, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in SNFs
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient care activities and progress in medical records
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Rhode Island
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam
- Experience working in SNFs preferred
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in computer software used for documentation and record-keeping

Pay
