Travel Occupational Therapist - $1,820 per week

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Carbondale, Illinois. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and is full-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient functional abilities and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Illinois.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Current CPR certification.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
