Responsibilities

• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to improve their independence in daily activities.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and prevent disability.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document progress notes and treatment sessions accurately and in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in occupational therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the national certification exam.

Qualifications
