Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Washington, Illinois. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and is full-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Illinois.
• Experience in acute care or related settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the national certification exam.
• Current CPR certification.
