Responsibilities
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to enhance functional abilities and promote independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies and equipment use
- Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and transitional care coordination
Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- VA Occupational Therapy Licensure
Pay & schedule
- Pay: $1,564.16 – $1,612.54 per week
- Location: Warsaw, VA
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Days – up to 40.00 hours per week
