LRS Healthcare is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a position in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. The start date is September 14, 2026, and the duration is 13 weeks, with 28 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote independence and improve quality of life
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of New Mexico
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Passing score on the national certification exam
• Current CPR certification

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 28 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
