About the role
The position involves assessing, planning, organizing, and participating in rehabilitative programs to help restore or improve function in activities of daily living, functional mobility, cognitive tasks, strength, coordination, and range of motion for patients with disease or injury.
Responsibilities
- Affirmative assessment and planning of patient rehabilitation programs
- Participation in the execution of rehabilitative services
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Georgia
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings
- Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and interventions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing scores on the national certification exam
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Compliance with all applicable regulatory standards is required in this role. The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
