Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment starting ASAP at a partnering Occupational Health Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The position requires active Physical Therapist licensure/certification in Colorado, American Heart Association BLS certification, and at least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist.

Physical Therapist Contract Details
- $2,020 - $2,203 per week
- 13-week contract with possibility of extension

Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Physical Therapist services at the facility.
