About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery Med Surg for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, in Salmon, Idaho.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in the Labor and Delivery Med Surg unit
- Perform routine and complex nursing procedures
- Assist physicians during deliveries
- Monitor patient vitals and report changes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient care in medical records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Idaho
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in Labor and Delivery preferred

Pay
