Aequor Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN DOU - Direct Observation Unit for a travel nursing job in West Bend, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess patients' conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• At least two proven years experience as an RN.
• Current licensure to practice as an RN in the state of Wisconsin.
• Current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
