Travel OB Registered Nurse (Antepartum/L&D/Postpartum) - $2,903 per week
Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Labor and Delivery assignment in Waimea, Hawaii. This 13-week assignment starts June 29, 2026, with flexible day shifts totaling 36 hours per week.
About the Role
Junxion Med Staffing is looking for an OB/GYN RN to join a facility in Waimea, Hawaii. The role involves caring for patients across Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery units.
Responsibilities
- Care for Antepartum, Intrapartum, Postpartum, and High Risk patients
- Manage laboring patients, Observation and NST patients, Well Babies, Phototherapy, and Special Care Nursery Babies
- Perform adult and neonatal IV starts, Accu checks, PKU on newborns, newborn resuscitation, APGAR scoring, bulb suctioning, and assist with circumcisions
- Assist anesthesia with intrathecal or epidural administration
- Monitor PCA pumps, attend C-sections, and recover patients post C-section/BTL
- Hang IV fluids/IVPB meds and administer/titrate Pitocin, Magnesium Sulfate, and Insulin drip
- Monitor and interpret fetal heart rates
- Manage patients on Cytotec, intrauterine pressure catheters (IUPC), internal scalp electrodes (ISE), handle amnioinfusions, and assist with external cephalic versions (ECV)
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of labor and delivery and couplet care experience
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- STABLE Program certification
- Fetal Monitoring certification (FM)

Pay
Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to change during an assignment.
