About the role
Stability Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Maternal - Newborn for a 13-week contract position in Urbana, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Care for women during labor and childbirth
- Monitor the baby and the mother
- Coach mothers and assist doctors
- Prepare women and their families for the stages of giving birth
- Help patients with breastfeeding after the baby is born
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Experience in Labor and Delivery (L&D)
- Knowledge of postpartum care
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current BLS certification
