Travel OB/GYN RN - $2,265 per week

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Labor & Delivery team. The nurse will provide comprehensive care to patients during antepartum, labor, delivery, and postpartum phases, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for mothers and newborns. Location: Rutherfordton, NC. Start date: ASAP. Duration: 13‑week contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care in labor and delivery, including monitoring maternal and fetal wellbeing.
• Assist with labor and delivery procedures and provide postpartum care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families about maternal and newborn care.
• Ensure adherence to protocols for safety and quality of care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with charge experience preferred.
• Active and unrestricted RN license in North Carolina.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE, AWHON fetal monitoring.

Schedule

12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week; shift hours 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
