About the role

TeamHealth is seeking highly accomplished OB/GYNs to join its special operations team, an elite national group of physicians who provide clinical expertise, leadership, and operational stability across hospital partners. The role involves supporting OB/GYN hospitalist programs nationwide, traveling as needed, and delivering exceptional patient care without billing or coding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support OB/GYN hospitalist programs nationwide
• Travel nationally as needed, with flexibility and willingness to relocate temporarily
• Obtain and maintain multiple state medical licenses (TeamHealth assists with licensing)
• Provide travel-related assistance and support
• Focus on delivering exceptional patient care; no billing or coding responsibilities
• Work when and where you want on your time off; no restrictions

Qualifications

• Board certification by ABOG or AOBOG required
• Highly accomplished OB/GYN with strong clinical background

Pay

Estimated annual earnings: $345,000 to $552,000, based on 5 to 8 in-house 24‑hour shifts per month at $240 per hour, plus a $3,000 CME stipend.
