About the role

We are seeking an experienced RN - Telemetry with a minimum of 2 years of clinical practice. The role involves assessing patient conditions, responding to changes using clinical protocols, supporting safe care transitions, preparing patients for diagnostic tests, and administering medications and treatments while monitoring responses.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring patient status and responding appropriately
• Managing patient care plans and handoffs
• Preparing patients for procedures and providing post-procedure care
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant nursing experience
• Strong assessment and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule

Work consists of 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours weekly.
