About the role
We are seeking an experienced RN - Telemetry to provide patient care in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Supporting safe patient transitions through effective handoffs and care plan updates.
- Administering medications and treatments, and monitoring patient responses.
- Assessing patient status and responding to clinical changes following established protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant nursing experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
