Travel Nurse Supervisor RN - Transplant - $2,400 per week

About the role

GTT Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Transplant Supervisor for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Winston Salem, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Pre-transplant evaluation & patient assessment
• Care coordination before, during, and after transplant
• Schedule and track transplant testing
• Review labs, diagnostics, and donor history
• Patient/family education & transplant team collaboration
• Manage peripheral blood transplant & cellular therapy cases

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years RN experience
• Hematology/Oncology experience required
• BLS required
• Epic experience required
• Transplant coordination experience preferred
• Navigator/Case Manager experience preferred

Qualifications

• Current licensure to practice as an RN in North Carolina
• Current BLS certification

Pay
