Required Qualifications

• One year of previous experience
• Relevant state license
• Drivers license

• Taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility (or within 10% for local candidates in Madison)

Additional Information

• Phone call/text from a 405 area code for interviewer contact
• Contribution to care with possible float across local campuses
• EMR system: EPIC
• NBO: 16 hours
• Overtime (OT) billable after 40-48 hours/week, with billable OT hours of 36-40 hours/week
• Call back multiplier of 1.5x with a minimum of 2 hours
• Call pay multiplier of 1.5x for callback shifts
• Orientation scheduled for August 3-4 and August 17-18

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
