Travel Nurse RN - Wound Care - $2,000 per week
About the role
Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN Wound Care for a 12-week assignment in Atlanta, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Provide wound care services to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate wound care treatments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive wound care plans.
- Document patient care activities and progress in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Adhere to infection control guidelines and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in wound care.
- AHA BLS certification required.
- CWOCN certification preferred.
Qualifications
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia.
- Experience with Cerner EHR system.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in wound care management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
