Travel Nurse RN - Utilization Review - $1,890 per week

We’re currently seeking a travel nurse RN for Utilization Review in a Rehabilitation Hospital in Independence, Missouri. The position starts ASAP, runs for 13 weeks, requires 36 hours per week on 12‑hour shifts, and is open to both local and traveling candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality inpatient acute rehab nursing care in a hospital setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform wound care, line insertions, and blood and antibiotic administration.
• Document patient progress utilizing Meditech 5.6 system accurately and timely.
• Engage with patients through goal setting, hourly rounding, and bedside shift reports to enhance patient experience.
