About the role

As a valued member of the Telemetry (Tele) RN team, you will care for patients with a wide range of conditions including complex cases. This unit constantly monitors blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen level, and cardiac electrical activity of patients on the unit, utilizing specialized equipment. RNs will mainly care for patients recovering from heart conditions or cardiac surgery. The right candidate for this role will have the opportunity to work in a professionally challenging, positive, and innovative Telemetry work environment at this highly regarded facility in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to patients in a Telemetry unit, focusing on those recovering from heart conditions or cardiac surgery.
  • Monitor and interpret patient vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and cardiac electrical activity using specialized telemetry equipment.

Requirements

  • 2 years of Telemetry nursing experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Active RN license (Compact accepted; copy required).
  • ACLS and BLS certifications (copies required).
  • SSN and date of birth required for compliance.
  • Two professional references from the last 12 months.
  • BLS license must be in hand at time of application.

Pay

Pay Rate: $1,932.00 - $2,052.00 per week. Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
