Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients, monitoring cardiac and vital signs.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort through diligent assessment and intervention.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in telemetry nursing.
• Current certifications including ACLS, BLS/CPR, NIH Stroke, PALS, and Pharmacology.
• Knowledge of core nursing practices and progressive care protocols.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
