Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $3,277 per week

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a position in Newburgh, Indiana. Specialty: Telemetry; Discipline: RN. Start date: 10/26/2026; Duration: 13 weeks; Schedule: 48 hours per week, 12‑hour day shifts; Employment type: Travel. This is an immediate opening requiring 1‑2 years of recent acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, and interpret and record electronic displays.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify appropriate medical team members.
• Initiate corrective action whenever information from monitoring equipment shows adverse symptomatology.

Requirements

• 1‑2 years’ recent acute care experience.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications (additional certifications may be required before assignment).
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty.
• Capable of lifting 20 pounds easily; moving or lifting patients may require up to 50 pounds.
• Vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
