Join our team as an RN-Telemetry in Tuscaloosa, AL. This position offers the opportunity to provide specialized care in a supportive environment at a 580-bed Level 3 Trauma center and Magnet-recognized teaching hospital known for its comprehensive service lines and commitment to patient care excellence. Tuscaloosa is a vibrant small city known for its Riverwalk and as the home of Crimson Tide football.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized telemetry nursing care in a 12-hour night shift role.
• Work 48 hours per week (36 or 48 hours per week, RN’s choice).
• Utilize proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).

Requirements

• Active RN license (Compact accepted).
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a similar setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (AHA copies needed).
• NIH Stroke Scale certification (copy needed).
• SSN and date of birth required for compliance.
• 1 professional reference from the last 12 months.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Meditech EMR system.

Pay

Pay Rate: $2,533.00 - $2,663.00 per week (based on 12-hour shifts and 48 hours per week, subject to confirmation).
