Responsibilities
- Provide patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning and delivering safe care.
- Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
- Delegate patient‑care priorities based on staff education and experience.
- Direct and supervise assigned personnel delivering patient care.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of RN experience in telemetry or LTAC settings.
- Current WA RN license or multi‑state RN license.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
- Ability to work 12‑hour day shifts, 36 hours per week.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
