About the Role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Asheville, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide telemetry nursing care on the A4W Trauma Tele unit
- Shift: 12 hours, nights (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM)
- Duration: 13 weeks, 36 hours per week
- Float to Med-Surge units: 3W, 5W, K8 (sister units)

- Location: Mission Hospital, 509 Biltmore Ave. Asheville, NC 28803, Floor 5 West, Mission Main Building
- Number of Beds: 36
- Number of Staff: 50+
- Day Shift Staffing: 1 charge, 8 RN, 3 CNA, 1 HUC, 1-2 sitters; Ratios: RN 1:5/6
- Night Shift Staffing: 1 charge, 7 RN, 3 CNA, 0.5 HUC, 1-2 sitters; Ratios: RN 1:6/7
- Equipment: Medical remote telemetry monitoring, Cerner Patient Observation (CPO), VC150’s in every patient room, work station on wheels for every staff member, Tap and Go for computer/documentation access
- EMR: Cerner
- Typical procedures: Prepare patients for Endoscopy, IR, and OR

Requirements
- BLS certification (required)
- Medical Telemetry experience
Qualifications
- Leadership experience (preferred)
- Charge Nurse experience (preferred)
- BSN (preferred)
- CMSRN certification (encouraged)
