About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in Charleston, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide telemetry monitoring services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Assess and document patient conditions according to established protocols.
- Interpret telemetry data and report significant changes to healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies.
Requirements
- A current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of South Carolina.
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
- Experience in telemetry nursing preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- At least one year of telemetry nursing experience.
