We utilize patient care techs at all times, the amount and ratio fluctuates depending on census.Type of equipment : Telemetry for each room with monitors in the stations, Dynamaps for vital signs, glucometers, iMobile phones, bladder scannerDocumentation system: MeditechScheduling requirements: 12 hour shifts (7-7), every other weekend, holidays required as well.Floating policy: All nurses float to other units as needed.Patient Experience requirements: Hourly rounding, bedside shift report, My Care Boards, AIDETHospital Specifics-Pathways to Excellence CertifiedCertified Stroke CenterCertified Chest Pain CenterLevel II Trauma CenterHiring profileRequested Skill Set: Strong nursing background and knowledge, thorough assessment skills, attention to details and condition changes.
