About the role
Aptiva Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 11-week assignment starting on July 20, 2026, in Olathe, Kansas.
Responsibilities
- Work 36 hours per week on a 12-hour, night shift schedule
- Will float to all acute care units
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call requirements
- Holiday requirements based on unit needs
Requirements
- 2+ years recent ortho/spine and Tele experience within the last 18 months in a hospital setting
- Experience with 5:1 RN ratio
- Background in General Surgery, Gynecology, Urology, Orthopedics & Spine
- Familiarity with cellulitis, back pain, and kidney stones
- Skilled with Heparin drips, TPN, PCA, and telemetry rhythm interpretation
- KS/Compact License
