Job Details

• Schedule: Nights, 12 hours shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 09/07/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Location: 300 Main Street, Lewiston, ME 04240
• Unit has 27 beds with patient ratios of 1:45
• Equipment includes Sigma Spectrum IV pumps, ceiling and portable hoyer lifts, portable cardiac monitors, defibrillators, ECG machine
• Electronic health record system utilized is Cerner, with Omnicell for medication management
• Patient population includes general medical-surgical, cardiac, dialysis, and post-cardiac procedure cases

Required Qualifications

• Valid nursing license
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Cerner experience
• 2 years of nursing experience
• Tele float requirements across all units except M3
• Helping hands in ER

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PALS certification
• Management of dysrhythmias
• Post-operative cardiac care
• Cardiac drips with titration
• Interpretation of dysrhythmias
