Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $2,247 per week

About the role

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 13‑week assignment in Laconia, New Hampshire, starting October 19, 2026. The position is for a Telemetry (TELE) RN working 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts. As a telemetry nurse you will monitor patients’ vital signs using cardiac telemetry equipment, interpret data, and provide bedside care. Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, and interpret and record electronic displays.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify appropriate medical team members.
• Initiate corrective action whenever information from monitoring equipment shows adverse symptomatology.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• 1‑2 years’ recent acute care experience (preferably in telemetry or comparable setting).
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty.
• Capable of lifting 20 pounds routinely, with occasional patient‑handling requiring up to 50 pounds.
• Visual abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
