Travel Telemetry Nurse position in Martinsburg, West Virginia. This role involves providing patient care in a telemetry unit with a specific focus on monitoring and responding to cardiac and respiratory patient needs. The position requires adaptability to fluctuating daily responsibilities within a fast-paced acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to cardiac and respiratory patient needs in a telemetry unit
• Utilize Phillips cardiac monitors and document in EPIC charting system
• Manage various drips per protocol
• Collaborate with hospitalists, intensivists, and pharmacy staff
• Support post-surgical and cardiac care, including patients post-STEMI, NSTEMI, and other cardiac conditions
• Float between units if needed
• Adhere to dress code: scrub in navy blue or white jackets, natural hair color, and covered tattoos

Schedule

• Three 12-hour night shifts weekly
• Rotating weekends and holidays
• Start Date: 08/31/2026
• Orientation: 1-2 days depending on experience

Requirements

• Valid license to practice as a registered nurse
• BLS (American Heart Association)
• ACLS (American Heart Association)
• Minimum of 2 years of related clinical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in telemetry units
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system
