Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $2,152 per week

Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in a telemetry unit setting
- Perform assessments, treatments, and interventions as necessary
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license in good standing
- ACLS certification required
- BLS certification required
- CERT-NIH Stroke Scale certification required
- Social Security Number required
- Date of Birth required
- Two references in entire work history required
Qualifications
Licensure in hand will float within med/surg/tele units
Experience with cardiac drips preferred
