This role involves floating between various Telemetry and Medical-Surgical units, providing patient care for a diverse patient population. The position requires the ability to interpret EKGs and titrate cardiac medications, with a focus on acute care and post-surgical patients. Job Details: Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting 07/27/2026 Required Qualifications: Arizona licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with BLS and ACLS certifications; minimum of 0 years of experience; ability to interpret EKGs. Preferred Qualifications: NIHSS certification preferred. Float: Float to similar or lower acuity units, including all Telemetry and Medical-Surgical areas within the facility. Floating to different campuses within a 9-mile distance may be required with appropriate clock-in/out procedures. Additional Information: The role involves completing a dysrhythmia exam prior to signing the contract, and passing a simulated lab assessment on the first day of orientation. Two days of floor-specific orientation are provided. Candidates will be expected to work every other weekend and two major/minor holidays. Must work 12-hour night shifts. This is a clinical training unit for new graduates, with a four-week training program supervised by a clinical scholar.
