- Number of Beds: 32
- Number of Staff: 7–12
- Day Shift: 1 charge, 4–8 RNs, 2 floor CNAs, 1 sitter
- Night Shift: Same
- Patient Ratios: 4 or 5:1
- Type of equipment: GE Telemetry system
- EMR: Meditech
Typical procedures performed on unit
- IV and foley starts
- Chest tube removal
