Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $2,079 per week

About the role

The Medical Care Unit at the facility is designed for patients who are not critically ill but may need to be monitored closely. This unit can share resources with Inpatient Rehab, allowing for potential floating between both units. Telemetry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in collaboration with other health team members.
• Effectively interacts with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals while maintaining high standards of professional nursing.
• Care for diverse patient populations including geriatric, medical/surgical, adult, telemetry, and psychiatric issues.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with telemetry experience.
• SSN required.
• DOB required.
• References: 2 references in entire work history, SSN & DOB on-file.
• Driver’s License copy on-file.
• 2 professional references, 1 must be from supervisor.
• Cerner EMR experience required.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include a registered nurse license, telemetry experience, and references.

Skills
