Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive med/surg patient care, including head-to-toe assessments and orthopedic care
• Administer IV medications such as Lasix, heparin, IVP medications including metoprolol and diltiazem, and insulin IV or subQ
• Perform wound care, drain management, and vacuum-assisted closure (VACS)
• Manage NGT, G-tube, and parenteral nutrition
• Care for central lines, including PICC, HD catheters, and midlines
• Maintain Foley, nephrostomy, and suprapubic catheter care
• Support postoperative patient recovery and participate in patient safety protocols
• Work collaboratively in daily multidisciplinary rounds and promote patient care excellence
