Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to alarms
• Assess patients' condition and document findings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Provide patient education and support

Requirements

• Registered Nurse, Telemetry
• Experience: 1 year 6 months
• Prior travel facility location
