Registered Nurse – Telemetry - Travel - (Tele RN)

Available Shifts: 12 hours, days, evenings, nights
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in a telemetry unit setting
- Monitor vital signs and administer medications as necessary
- Document patient progress and treatments accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure patient care
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Telemetry certification preferred
- SSN required
- DOB required
- References: 1 reference in the last 12 months
