Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry monitoring and care to patients
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Perform medication administration and other clinical duties as assigned

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• 2 years of telemetry nursing experience
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification

Qualifications

• Valid Social Security Number (SSN)
• Date of Birth (DOB)
• Two professional references

Skills

Knowledge of telemetry monitoring equipment and procedures, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong communication skills, and proficiency in electronic health record systems.
