Responsibilities

Provide direct care to adult patients in a busy medical-surgical unit at the facility. Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and work closely with the interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery and discharge planning.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license in Tennessee or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) eligibility
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Recommended Experience

• Experience in medical-surgical nursing
• Strong clinical judgment
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
