Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult med-surg patients on a 4 West unit at Mission Hospital.
- Monitor telemetry rhythms; assess patient acuity and alert charge nurse or provider of any changes.
- Administer IV fluids, antibiotics, tube feeds, and peg feeds.
- Collaborate with team members, including CNAs and other nurses, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Follow hospital policies, attend shift huddles, and adhere to dress code and unit guidelines.
